Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients
- Manage and coordinate patient care with a focus on excellent outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapy license in Colorado or compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation, preferably in a similar setting
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapy degree
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy techniques and best practices
- Patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Communication and interpersonal skills
