Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical function and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide follow-up treatments including vestibular and lymphedema therapies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
- Document patient progress accurately in Meditech or NetHealth (ReDoc)
Qualifications
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Active Florida PT license or compact privilege
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced rehab environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong evaluation and treatment planning skills
- Experience with vestibular and lymphedema treatments
- Proficient in documentation systems (Meditech, NetHealth)
- Excellent teamwork and communication
- Flexible and adaptable to changing patient needs
