Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy assessments and treatments for both inpatient and outpatient populations
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to help patients regain mobility and independence
• Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress using Meditech EMR system
• Contribute to a positive team environment by being flexible and adaptable

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Florida (or compact eligible)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
• PT or DPT degree from an accredited program
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in evaluating and treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Experience with both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system preferred
• Time management skills to maintain productivity standards
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments
