Physical Therapist - Home Health
Location: Valley City, North Dakota
Start Date: 06-08-2026
End Date: 09-07-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients in their homes
- Develop and implement physical therapy plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapy license in North Dakota
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy
- Experience in Home Health care
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
Education
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or PT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical Therapy techniques and modalities
- Home Health and Hospice care principles
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and adaptability
