Education
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: CHF, ORTHO, PNEUMONIA
- Care Setting: Home Health
- Experience: 1 year, prefer no new grads
- PT Manager/Supervisor: Yes, Clinical manager or educator 24/7 emergency or 8-5pm
- Shifts: 5 - 8 hour days, 8-5 rotating weekends
- Holiday Rotation: Yes
- Dress Code: Scrubs or business casual
- Orientation: 2 weeks with preceptor
- Additional Notes: Phone and tablet provided
