Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering high‑quality rehabilitation care to residents of a 58‑bed skilled nursing facility.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training to promote recovery and independence.
• Document patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to adjust care plans.
• Maintain and sterilize equipment, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all patients.
• Support residents with daily living activities, fostering a compassionate and supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient‑centered care.
