Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients in physical therapy sessions to regain mobility and independence
• Support rehabilitation goals by applying therapeutic techniques and exercises
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and outcomes
• Provide compassionate care to veterans and community members
