Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in rehabilitative therapy sessions for patients in the ShortStay unit, ensuring each session is tailored to individual goals.
• Support long‑term care residents with daily therapy needs, fostering independence and confidence.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Document progress accurately and maintain meticulous records to support quality care.
• Provide compassionate care and encouragement, helping patients stay motivated throughout their recovery.
