Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy interventions under the supervising PT's plan of care
• Help patients restore mobility and improve daily function
• Document patient progress and response to treatment
• Guide patients through education and home exercise programs
• Communicate patient status with the supervising PT
• Uphold safety, infection control, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license or ability to obtain
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Strong communication skills
