Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy interventions that follow the supervising PT plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment with accuracy and heart
• Guide patients through education and home exercise programs they can actually stick with
• Communicate patient status clearly with the supervising Physical Therapist
• Help patients restore mobility, rebuild function, and reach their personal goals
• Uphold safety, infection control, and compliance standards every single shift

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license, or the ability to obtain one
• Comfortable following treatment plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• A compassionate, patient-first mindset and a genuine love for rehab care
• Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment in beautiful Council Grove, Kansas
