Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled therapy interventions under the supervising Physical Therapist plan of care
• Document patient progress, outcomes, and response to treatment with accuracy and heart
• Coach patients through education and home exercise programs that build real confidence
• Communicate patient status clearly with the supervising PT and the care team
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to keep every care plan moving forward
• Uphold safety, infection control, and compliance standards in every interaction

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license, or the ability to obtain one
• Comfortable following treatment plans and adjusting as patient needs evolve
• A true team player who enjoys collaborating with PTs, nurses, and therapists
• Strong documentation habits and attention to detail
• A compassionate approach to patient care and education
