Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful therapy interventions under the supervising PT plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment with accuracy and care
• Guide patients through education and home exercise programs that build lasting confidence
• Keep the supervising PT informed with clear, timely updates on patient status
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, infection control, and compliance every single day
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients restore mobility and function

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license, or the ability to obtain one
• Comfortable following treatment plans and working alongside a supervising PT
• A true team player who enjoys collaborating with physicians, nurses, and therapists
• Compassionate communicator who puts patients at ease
