Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions under the supervising PT's plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment with accuracy and care
• Guide patients through education and home exercise programs to support recovery
• Communicate patient status clearly with the supervising PT and care team
• Uphold safety, infection control, and compliance standards in every interaction

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license or the ability to obtain one
• Comfortable following treatment plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• A passion for helping patients restore mobility and improve function
