Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled therapy interventions under the supervising Physical Therapist's plan of care
• Track and document patient progress and response to treatment with accuracy and heart
• Guide patients through education and home exercise programs that build real independence
• Partner closely with the supervising PT on patient status updates and care adjustments
• Champion safety, infection control, and compliance standards every single shift
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients restore mobility and function
• Celebrate the small wins with patients as they work toward their treatment goals

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license, or the ability to obtain one
• Comfortable following established treatment plans with confidence
• A true team player who enjoys collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• A caring, patient-first mindset and strong communication skills
• New grads and experienced PTAs are both warmly encouraged to apply
