Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that follow each patient's physical therapy plan of care
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment with accuracy and heart
• Guide patients through education and home exercise programs that build real confidence
• Communicate patient status clearly with your supervising Physical Therapist so care stays seamless
• Uphold safety, infection control and compliance standards every single shift
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients restore mobility and function
• Celebrate the small wins that add up to big recoveries

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license, or the ability to obtain one
• Comfort following treatment plans and working closely with a supervising PT
• A true team player who enjoys collaborating across disciplines
• Compassion, patience and a genuine love for patient care
