Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients in post-acute brain injury and stroke rehabilitation
• Facilitate therapeutic exercises and monitor progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records
• Support patients in adaptive sports and recreational therapy activities

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant certification required
• Experience in post-acute brain injury and stroke rehabilitation preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
