Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet patients and staff with a warm smile while managing the pharmacy front counter
• Process prescription drop-offs and pick-ups accurately and efficiently
• Answer phone calls and route questions to the right pharmacy team member
• Handle cash and credit transactions at the register with care and precision
• Maintain organized patient records and keep paperwork filing running smoothly
• Help manage pharmacy inventory, stock shelves, and keep the workspace tidy and compliant
• Support pharmacists and technicians with daily tasks so patients get their medications faster
• Communicate clearly with patients about wait times, refills, and general pharmacy questions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting
• No certifications required, we will help you settle in quickly
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a wonderful plus, though not required
• A friendly, patient-focused attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed

• Comfort with medical and pharmaceutical terminology
• Clear, courteous communication with patients and teammates
