Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans based on patient response
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
• Minimum of 0 years of experience (entry-level welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and evaluation
• Therapeutic exercise prescription
• Manual therapy techniques
• Modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation
• Documentation and EMR proficiency
