Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients recovering from illness or injury.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and self‑management strategies.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New Hampshire.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience required (entry‑level welcome).
