Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality physical therapy services to patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize care
• Educate patients and families on exercises and self‑management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in West Virginia
• Minimum of 0 years experience (entry‑level welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence‑based care

• Patient assessment and evaluation
