Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic care to patients in a skilled nursing facility
• Assess patient progress and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Document interventions and maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols and safety standards

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina
• Minimum 0 years of experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
