Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Document progress and adjust interventions based on patient response
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
• Advocate for patients’ needs within the post‑acute care setting

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in California
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Therapeutic intervention planning
