Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with occupational therapy interventions to regain independence
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Support patients in daily living activities and functional training
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies and home modifications

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license in New Hampshire
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing preferred

• Patient assessment
• Therapeutic interventions
• Documentation and charting
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and VA contracting
