Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients in developing and implementing individualized occupational therapy plans
• Collaborate with occupational therapists to assess patient progress
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises
• Document treatment sessions and maintain accurate patient records
• Support patients in achieving functional independence and improving quality of life

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required
• Minimum of 0 years of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercise and activity modification
• Understanding of medical terminology and documentation
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet patient needs
