Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate rehabilitation services across the Waldorf Center, ensuring high‑quality patient care and compliance with all regulations.
• Supervise and mentor PTA and COTA staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate care plans and optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports, ensuring data integrity and timely submission to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PTA or COTA certification required.
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in rehab care.
