Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily functioning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and set realistic goals
• Document progress and outcomes in electronic health records
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises
• Advocate for patients’ needs within the healthcare system

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) required
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Assessment and evaluation of physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning
• Development of therapeutic interventions
• Documentation and reporting
• Patient education and counseling
• Team collaboration
