Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ functional abilities and set realistic goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Apply therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and daily living skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Document progress and outcomes in electronic health records
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
