Education

• Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the
• American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc. (AOTA), or successor
• organizations of ACOTE [REQUIRED]
• Eligible
• to take, or has successfully completed the entry-level certification
• examination for Occupational Therapists developed and administered by the
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT) [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
• Licensed
• or otherwise regulated, if applicable, as an Occupational Therapist by the
• state in which practicing, unless licensure does not apply in the
• practicing state. [REQUIRED]
• Valid
• licensed driver with automobile insurance in accordance with state(s)
• and/or organizational requirements. [REQUIRED]
• Mandatory
• Reporter: Child & Dependent Adult Abuse.
• CPR:
• Maintain a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Card with
• Re-certification. [REQUIRED]
• One
• year experience caring for similar patient population as to be assigned. [REQUIRED]
• Use of
• usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the
