Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 35
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide individualized therapy sessions to help patients regain functional independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Assess and document patient progress using evidence-based metrics
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
- Adapt interventions to meet diverse cultural and developmental needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Current state licensure in Washington
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as ADLs and occupational performance
- Assessment tools like BOT-2 and ABAS
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation standards
- Cultural competency and patient-centered care
- Time management and organizational skills
