Location: Humansville, Missouri

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM (8-hour days)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL disorders to develop individualized care plans
- Utilize standardized assessments and evidence‑based practices to guide therapeutic interventions
- Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
- Document progress, treatment minutes, and discharge summaries in the electronic system
- Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members to communicate patient progress and barriers
- Participate in care conferences, utilization reviews, and required trainings
- Supervise and support OT assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
- Experience in long‑term care or rehabilitation settings
- Active Missouri OT license
- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Use of modalities and assistive devices
