Bill Rate: $75.00/hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment to assigned patients
- Help patients reach maximum performance levels and use skills learned to function in the community
- Design and administer treatment programs to increase patients' levels of functioning
- Instruct patients in adapted techniques and the use of adaptive equipment
- Maintain timely and accurate patient records and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current valid WA state Occupational Therapist license
- At least 1 year of experience (new grads welcome)
