Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and referrals
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that truly move the needle
• Document services accurately and on time so every detail counts
• Supervise COTAs in line with practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to build real momentum
• Maintain full compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Help patients rebuild independence in the daily living skills that matter most

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
• Active state OT license, or the ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• A genuine passion for patient centered rehabilitation
• Comfort working alongside COTAs and interdisciplinary teammates
• New grads and seasoned travelers alike are welcome to apply
