Location: Salinas, CA
Start Date: 09-15-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Flex schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday (shift times TBD by facility)
Hours per Week: 38
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat skilled nursing facility patients to improve their quality of life
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans
- Complete thorough documentation in Net Health according to facility standards
- Float to sister facility within walking distance when needed
Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapy License (or in process under 60-day rule)
- BLS certification required
- SNF experience preferred, but new graduates welcome with mentorship available
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Flexible and collaborative mindset
Knowledge & Skills
- Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment techniques
- Proficiency in Net Health or similar EMR systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Collaboration and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting
