Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on rehabilitation interventions to optimize clients' independence and function
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and track progress
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support recovery and daily living
• Participate in clinic initiatives that promote quality care and a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Experience in Occupational Therapy and rehabilitation-focused patient care
• Comfortable working in an outpatient clinic setting and adapting to flexible weekday schedules
• Able to complete a minimum 4-week onboarding process prior to starting patient care
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with patients and teams
• Willingness to meet client-specific credentialing requirements (state licensure and background checks as applicable)

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in occupational therapy assessment and treatment planning
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques to improve function and activities of daily living
• Proficient documentation and electronic medical record practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with PT, SLP, nursing, and clinic staff
• Good clinical judgment, time management, and patient education skills
