Location: Santa Maria, California

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Flexible schedule, majority Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care
- Complete OASIS documentation accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques
Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an OT
- Experience with OASIS documentation required
- Home health experience preferred but not required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in OASIS documentation
- Experience with Cerner EMR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Knowledge of ortho, stroke, and spinal injury rehab
