Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide home-based occupational therapy services to patients in Santa Maria and Arroyo Grande areas
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain independence
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Rehab Aides and therapists
Complete Oasis documentation (government mandated form) accurately and timely
Cover assigned geographical region, adapting to patient needs and schedules

Qualifications

Current California Occupational Therapy license
BLS certification required
Minimum one year of experience as an OT (PT/OT/Sp experience accepted)
Home health experience preferred but not required
Experience with Oasis documentation required
Proficiency with Cerner EMR

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently in a home health setting
Time management and organizational skills to manage a caseload
Knowledge of orthopedic, stroke, spinal injury, and speech-related conditions
