Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee both the Cath Lab and ICU departments, leading a dedicated team of nurses and techs
• Provide pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure recovery for cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR patients
• Support bedside procedures with moderate sedation and monitor intraprocedural care
• Enhance nursing competency and build a positive, patient-centered culture
• Manage pre/post bays in the Cath Lab and monitor ICU patients with acuity up to 1:3
• Titrate vasoactive drugs and manage complex drips in both departments
• Take call 24/7 to ensure coverage for emergent cases

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
• 3 years of RN experience required
• 1 year of management experience in critical care or cath lab
• 1 year of clinical leadership experience
• ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications required (CNO may consider if most certs are met)
• CRRT competency required

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong critical care and telemetry skills
• Experience with EP, IR, and moderate sedation
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips
• Leadership and culture-building expertise
• Knowledge of vasoactive drug titration and blood product administration
• Fluoro license preferred for technical staff
