Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging and therapeutic procedures with precision
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals following strict safety protocols
• Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment while ensuring quality control
• Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to deliver accurate diagnostic results
• Provide compassionate patient care by explaining procedures and addressing concerns
• Maintain radiation safety standards for patients and staff
• Document patient information and procedure details accurately

Qualifications

• 2+ years of current Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience in a hospital setting
• Active ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certification
• Venipuncture experience required
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Active ARRT registration
• Travel experience is highly preferred
• Willingness to provide a resume with gaps over 30 days defined
• Two supervisory references from within the last year
• Skills checklist specific to Nuclear Medicine Technology

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine technology and radiology procedures
• Experience in a hospital setting with diverse patient populations
• Skilled in venipuncture and radiopharmaceutical administration
• Commitment to patient care and safety
• Familiarity with quality control and radiation safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a travel environment
