Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate psychiatric support to patients in a medical OT setting
• Monitor patient behavior and vital signs throughout the shift
• Administer medications and document administration accurately
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and therapists to develop care plans
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients
• Respond promptly to emergencies and crisis situations

Qualifications

• Valid California Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in a fast‑paced medical environment preferred
