Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional telemetry monitoring and nursing care for medical-surgical patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery
• Document patient progress and report changes to physicians promptly
• Ensure a safe and healing environment for every patient

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan or compact state
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent MS Tele experience preferred
• BLS certification required (must be current)
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in telemetry interpretation and monitoring
• Skilled in IV therapy, wound care, and patient assessment
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
