Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray exams for a Level II Trauma Center, including OR coverage
• Conduct MRI scans for heads and spines to support Neurosurgeons
• Ensure high-quality diagnostic images while prioritizing patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment
• Operate advanced imaging equipment and troubleshoot as needed

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)
• MRI certification (MR) preferred, or at least 2 years of MRI experience without certification
• Valid driver's license required at submittal
• Must live outside 50 miles from Kearney, NE (no ties to CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity facilities)
• Ability to work night shifts on the 7-on/7-off schedule
• No artificial nails allowed in patient care areas

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in CT, X-ray (including OR), and MRI imaging techniques
• Strong understanding of anatomy and positioning for diagnostic exams
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with rotating night shifts and a block schedule
