Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI scans to assist in accurate diagnoses
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment following strict protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize image quality
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Adhere to all safety standards including contrast administration protocols

Qualifications

• Active BLS certification (required)
• Valid MRI Technologist license or certification for Michigan
• Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and Specialty Competency Testing
• Up-to-date immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Tdap, Hepatitis B, Influenza
• Negative TB test (2 Step PPD or IGRA) within the past year
• Pass a 10-panel drug screen and color vision test
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and rotating weekends

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in MRI physics and imaging sequences
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and imaging systems
• Knowledge of contrast administration and side effects
