Location: Bismarck, North Dakota

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, rotating shifts: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients in the Urology Clinic, assisting with procedures like cystoscopy and prostate biopsy
Maintain sterile field setup for various urology procedures
Perform catheter placements and provide patient education
Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure seamless patient flow
Assess and monitor patients with conditions such as BPH, hematuria, UTI, and LUTS

Qualifications

Active LPN/LVN license in North Dakota
BLS certification required
Experience in urology or clinic setting preferred
Ability to set up sterile fields and assist in procedures
Strong catheter placement skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of sterile technique
Catheter placement skills
Understanding of urology conditions (BPH, hematuria, UTI)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinic environment
