Location: Breckenridge, MN
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Cycle scheduling with available shifts: 0600-1430, 1400-2300, 2200-0630. Every other weekend and holiday required.
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting
- Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
