Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and dignity
• Document care provided accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Must bring a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
• Registry personnel must comply with facility identification requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Basic computer skills for documentation
