Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on nursing care to patients within scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately under facility protocols
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the care team
Document patient care, observations and interventions clearly in the chart
Collaborate with RNs, physicians and interdisciplinary staff to support care plans
Assist with patient education, discharge planning and ongoing care needs
Maintain infection control standards and a safe clinical environment

Qualifications

Active LPN license (eligible to practice in Georgia)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Hands-on nursing experience in a clinical or long-term care setting
Ability to pass facility-required background check and drug screen
Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach

Education

Diploma or certificate in Practical Nursing (LPN program completion)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and basic patient assessments
Skilled at taking and interpreting vital signs and monitoring patient status
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Good clinical judgment, prioritization and time management
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and patient education skills
