Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Assist patients with daily activities and personal care
• Document patient status and care plans accurately
• Collaborate closely with RNs and physicians to ensure seamless care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire
• COVID‑19 vaccination or documented exemption
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and adapt to changing patient needs
