Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate practical nursing care to residents
• Support daily clinical needs within the LPN scope of practice
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate important updates to the care team
• Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and documentation standards
• Maintain required identification and facility badge protocols

Qualifications

• Hold an LPN qualification
• Bring a state or federally issued identification to the facility
• Wear a photo badge while on site
• Provide documentation of an original or updated COVID-19 vaccine, or an approved religious or medical exemption

• Licensed Practical Nursing knowledge
