Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition, and report them promptly to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered while keeping meticulous documentation
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and physicians to build and carry out individualized care plans
• Support residents and families with education, encouragement, and emotional reassurance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified environment for every person in your care
• Chart accurately and on time so care stays seamless across every shift
• Jump in as a dependable teammate wherever the unit needs a steady hand

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico or compact eligibility
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least one year of LPN experience, with skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Completed original or updated COVID-19 vaccination, or a documented religious or medical exemption through your employer
• Willingness to bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills
• A team-first attitude and a genuine love for caring for others
