Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents at Wayne Center
• Assess resident needs and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans and facility procedures
• Monitor, document, and communicate resident progress with the care team
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Promote comfort, dignity, and a positive experience for every resident

Qualifications

• Hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license
• Bring current state or federally issued identification for facility access
• Wear a photo badge while working at the facility
• Demonstrate a caring, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in compassionate bedside nursing care
• Knowledgeable about resident assessments, medication administration, and clinical documentation
• Able to recognize and communicate changes in resident condition
• Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills
• Committed to safety, professionalism, and resident dignity
